- Admission to classes from LKG to IX : Parents seeking admission to any of the classes from LKG to IX should register the names of their wards at the school office on payment of the ” Registration fee” and get the application forms.
- Admission to class I : In the case of admission to class I, the duly filled in application should be submitted to the school office along with the original ” Birth Certificate” and photocopy.
- Admission to classes from II to IX : Admission to any of the classes from IX by way of transfer to other schools will be entertained only on the basis of merit and availability of seats.
Those who come out successful may submit their applications along with the Transfer Certificates from the previous schools. - Admission to Class XI : Admission is restricted for girls having at least B+ Grade in S.S.L.C. Entrance Coaching is given to Science Batch.
The procedure is as given below
a) Section and admission of candidates to the Plus Two Course are made in accordance with the norms laid down by the Government, the Higher Secondary Department, and the Management.
b) Application forms duly filled in together with copies of certificates to prove age and qualification (self-attested) shall be submitted in person on before the dates fixed by the department.
c) Original certificates should not be sent along with the application. Incomplete or defective applications will be rejected. Late applications will not be considered.
d) The candidates at the time of the interview must be accompanied by their parents/guardians and produce the documents listed below.
1. Memo card received from the school
2. TC in original
3. The original Certificates and mark lists of the qualifying examinations.
4. Conduct certificate from the institution last attended.
5. Community Certificate in the case of SC/ST Students.
6. Two Copies of recently taken passport size photograph of the applicant.
e) On securing admission, the pass certificate of the qualifying examination and other certificates, mark lists, transfer certificate, etc. are to be surrendered at the school office.
f) The students are therefore advised to take a sufficient number of copies of the certificates and mark lists and keep them duly attested for their interim uses.
g) Under no circumstances, certificates and mark lists submitted in the office will be given back to the students during the period of the course.
